1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Good2Go AI (“Good2Go,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business, and “you” refers to that business. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of the service
Good2Go provides a 24/7 AI phone-receptionist service that answers calls in a natural voice, books appointments, and captures leads, together with website chat, WhatsApp, and SMS messaging features. The service is provided on a software-as-a-service basis and may change over time as we add, modify, or remove features.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the service. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@good2goaisupport.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
Your use of the service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws. You may not use the service to send unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or infringing content, to transmit malware, to interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, or to violate the rights of others.
5. Customer responsibilities
You are solely responsible for how you configure and use the service, including:
- Using the service lawfully and in compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to your business.
- Complying with all call-recording, monitoring, and consent laws in the jurisdictions where you and your callers are located, and providing any required notices when recording is enabled.
- Obtaining any required consent from your end-customers before contacting them by call or SMS, including consent required for automated or marketing messages.
- Not using the service for illegal robocalling, spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or any use that violates telemarketing, anti-spam, or telecommunications laws and carrier requirements.
- The accuracy and lawfulness of the content, prompts, and data you provide to the service.
6. Billing, usage-based credits, and cancellation
The service is billed on a usage- and credit-based model. You pay for the calls and messages the service handles and for other usage as described in your plan. Payments are processed through Stripe. Fees are charged in advance or as usage accrues, as applicable, and unless stated otherwise are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for amounts due.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues through the end of any period you have already paid for. For information on refunds, see our Refund Policy. We may change our fees or plans on prospective notice.
7. AI output disclaimer
The service uses artificial intelligence to generate voice responses, transcripts, summaries, and messages. AI can make mistakes and may produce output that is inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. Output from the service is not professional advice and must not be relied on as legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and supervising how the AI represents your business and for the decisions you make based on its output.
8. Third-party services
The service relies on and integrates with third-party providers, including telephony, AI, payment, and messaging providers. Your use of those integrations may be subject to the third parties’ own terms, and we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or availability. If you connect your own third-party accounts (for example, WhatsApp or a payment account), you are responsible for complying with those providers’ terms.
9. Intellectual property
We and our licensors own all rights in the service, including its software, design, and content, excluding your data. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. You retain ownership of the data and content you submit. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, and use that data to provide and improve the service, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, or that the AI output will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Good2Go and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Good2Go and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the service, your content or data, your violation of these Terms or applicable law, or your failure to obtain any required consents from your end-customers.
13. Termination
You may stop using and cancel the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or use the service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for us or others, or as needed to comply with law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [the State of _____], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located there will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that is not otherwise resolved, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
