1. Who we are
Good2Go AI (“Good2Go,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a 24/7 AI phone-receptionist service that answers calls in a natural voice, books appointments, and captures leads, along with website chat, WhatsApp, and SMS messaging. Our website is good2goaisupport.com and our application is at app.good2goaisupport.com.
We serve businesses (our “customers”). When a business uses Good2Go to handle its calls and messages, we process two broad categories of data: information about the business and its account, and information about the business’s own end-customers (the people who call or message that business). For the personal data of end-customers, the business is the controller of that data and Good2Go acts as its service provider and processor.
If you have any question about this policy or your data, contact us at support@good2goaisupport.com.
2. Information we collect
Business account information
When you create and manage a Good2Go account, we collect information such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, login credentials, business profile and settings, and support correspondence.
End-customer information collected by the AI
When our AI handles a call, chat, or message on behalf of a business, it may collect and store contact details and other information that the caller provides, such as name, phone number, email address, the reason for the call, and any details needed to book an appointment or complete an intake.
Call recordings, transcripts, and summaries
Call audio is recorded only when the business enables recording. Recordings are encrypted at rest and are automatically deleted after approximately 12 months. We also generate and store text transcripts of calls and messages and AI-written summaries so the business can review what happened.
Messages
We process the content of SMS and WhatsApp messages sent and received through the service so that the AI can respond, book appointments, and keep a conversation history for the business.
Appointment and booking data
We store appointment and booking details created through the service, including the times, services requested, and the contact details associated with each booking.
Usage and billing data
We collect usage data such as call and message volume, feature usage, log data, device and browser information, and IP address. Billing is usage- and credit-based and is processed through Stripe. Stripe stores card details; we do not store full card numbers.
3. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the service, including answering and routing calls and messages.
- Book appointments, capture leads, and deliver transcripts, recordings, and summaries to the business.
- Process payments and manage usage-based credits and billing.
- Provide customer support and respond to requests.
- Monitor, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the reliability and quality of the service.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
4. Call recording and consent
Call recording is an optional feature that each business chooses to turn on or off. Recording, monitoring, and transcribing phone calls is regulated by law, and the rules differ by jurisdiction. Some jurisdictions require that all parties on a call consent to being recorded. The business that uses Good2Go is responsible for complying with all applicable call-recording, wiretap, and consent laws in the places where it and its callers are located, including providing any required notices or disclosures to callers.
5. Sub-processors and sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers (sub-processors) that help us deliver the service, under contracts that require them to protect the data and use it only to provide their services to us. Our current sub-processors include:
| Sub-processor | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Cloud hosting & infrastructure provider | Cloud hosting and storage (United States) |
| Telephony provider (voice & SMS) | Telephony and SMS delivery |
| AI language-model provider | AI voice and language processing |
| AI voice-synthesis provider | Text-to-speech voice generation |
| Additional AI provider | Optional AI models |
| Messaging provider (WhatsApp) | WhatsApp messaging when the business connects it |
| Payment processor | Payment processing |
| Email delivery provider | Transactional email |
We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests and legal process, to protect the rights, safety, and property of Good2Go, our customers, or others, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (subject to this policy).
6. Data retention
We retain information for as long as it is needed to provide the service. Call recordings are automatically deleted after approximately 12 months. Other data, such as account information, transcripts, summaries, message history, and booking records, is retained for the life of the account and for a reasonable period afterward as needed to comply with legal, tax, accounting, and security obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. A business can request deletion of end-customer data it controls as described below.
7. Security
We take reasonable measures designed to protect information, including:
- Encryption in transit using TLS.
- Strong encryption at rest for stored secrets and call recordings.
- Tenant data isolation so each business’s data is kept separate.
- Access controls that limit who can access data.
- Hosting on our cloud infrastructure.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email us at support@good2goaisupport.com and we will respond as required by applicable law. We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Where Good2Go processes end-customer personal data on behalf of a business, we will refer or forward requests from those individuals to the relevant business, which is responsible for responding as the controller of that data.
9. Children
The service is intended for businesses and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
10. International users and data transfers
Good2Go is based in the United States and our infrastructure is hosted in the United States. If you access or use the service from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other countries where our sub-processors operate, which may have data-protection laws different from those in your country.
11. Your responsibilities as a business
Each business using Good2Go is responsible for its own compliance with the laws and regulations that apply to it, including privacy, consumer-protection, telemarketing, call-recording, and industry-specific requirements, and for obtaining any consents needed from its own end-customers. Good2Go provides tools and factual security measures but does not make or guarantee any particular regulatory outcome for your business.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
