Our commitment
We aim to make the Good2Go AI website and application usable for as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies. As part of this ongoing effort, we work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level as a goal that guides how we build and improve our products. This is a continuing effort, and we do not claim full conformance or certification.
What we do
As we design and build our website and app, we work to include:
- Keyboard navigation, so the interface can be used without a mouse;
- Semantic structure, using headings, landmarks, and labels that assistive technologies can interpret;
- Readable text and color contrast intended to keep content legible; and
- Clear, consistent layouts and navigation across pages.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is never truly finished. As we add features and update the product, some areas may work better than others, and we continue to review and improve over time. We appreciate your patience and your input as we do that work.
Reporting a problem
If you run into an accessibility barrier on our website or app, please tell us. Email support@good2goaisupport.com and, where you can, include the page or feature involved, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser you were using. That detail helps us reproduce and fix the issue faster.
We welcome your feedback
Your feedback helps us make Good2Go AI better for everyone. We will do our best to review the problems you report and to address them as part of our ongoing accessibility work.
