Billing & Credits

Everything runs on credits. Here's how they work, how to watch your balance and usage, and how to manage your plan, add-ons, payment methods, and invoices.

How credits work

Credits are the single currency behind everything your AI does. Each action — a minute of a call, a text message, an email — costs a set number of credits, and that amount is deducted from your balance automatically as it happens. There's nothing to calculate yourself; you just watch the balance.

Your plan tops up your credit balance at the start of each billing cycle. Typical rates look like this:

  • Inbound call— around 10 credits per minute.
  • Outbound call— a little more, around 12 credits per minute.
  • SMS— roughly 2 credits to send, 1 to receive.
  • Email— around 3 credits per email sent.
  • An AI agent— a monthly credit cost per active agent.
  • Extras like call recording and call transfers cost a few credits each.
NoteRates can vary by plan, so treat the numbers above as a guide. The exact, up-to-date table for your account is always shown on the Usage & Plan page under Credit Rates.

Plans and billing

Good2Go is paid — you choose a plan and add a card at checkout to activate your workspace, then you're billed for what your AI handles. Each plan up the ladder includes a larger monthly credit allowance and unlocks more features. The typical ladder is Starter, Growth, and Pro, with call minutes, SMS, agent slots, and support level increasing as you go up. If you have a promo code, you can apply it at checkout.

Every plan can be billed monthly or annually. Choosing annual saves you roughly two months compared to paying month to month.

Watching your usage and balance

The Usage & Plan page is your dashboard for all of this. In one place it shows:

  • Your current plan, its status (active, trialing, past due, or cancelled), and the next billing date.
  • Your credit balance— how many credits remain out of the total for this cycle.
  • Usage metersfor call minutes, SMS, emails, and agents, so you can see how much of each you've used.
  • The credit rate table and a list of your recent transactions, showing exactly what was added or deducted and why.
  • Your enabled features, so you always know what's switched on for your plan.
TipWhen a usage meter climbs past 80%, the page flags it with a warning so a busy month never catches you off guard. If you're running low, upgrade your plan or buy an add-on before you run out.

Buying add-ons

Need more without changing plans? The Add-ons store lets you top up on demand. Add-ons include extra bundles of call minutes, extra SMS, an additional AI agent slot, a new phone number, and premium features like multilingual support or premium voices.

  1. 1
Open the Add-ons store from the sidebar.
  2. 2
Pick the bundle you need and check its price and credit amount.
  3. 3
Select Purchase— the credits or capacity are added to your account right away.
  4. 4
Review it later under Purchase History on the same page.

Changing your plan

Head to the Billing page and choose Change plan. You'll see every plan side by side with its price and what's included. Use the monthly / annual toggle to compare, then pick the one that fits. Upgrades take effect immediately so new features and credit allowances are available straight away.

Payment methods

Also on the Billing page, the Payment methods section shows the cards on file, with the default one marked. Choose Add payment method to save another card through a secure Stripe checkout.

NoteWe never see or store your full card number — card details are handled entirely by Stripe. You're not charged just for adding a card.

Invoices and payment history

The bottom of the Billing page keeps a full record. The Invoice history table lists each invoice with its date, number, amount, and status (paid, open, or void), and a link to download the PDF. The Payment history table shows every charge, whether it succeeded, and which card was used.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel any time from the Billing page using Cancel subscription. Your plan stays active through the period you've already paid for, so you keep access until the end of the current cycle — nothing is cut off the moment you cancel.

TipNot sure whether to cancel or just downgrade? Moving to a smaller plan keeps your workspace, numbers, and agents running while lowering your monthly cost.
